By accessing or using the Samadhan Claim Solutions website and portal ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, claimants, and registered users of the platform.

Samadhan Claim Solutions provides insurance claim consultancy services, including reviewing rejected or delayed claims, advising on the grievance process, drafting complaint letters, and representing claimants before insurers, the Insurance Ombudsman, and IRDAI.

Our consultants are registered under the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI). Our services constitute professional consultancy and not legal advice. For legal proceedings, you should engage a licensed advocate.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome for any claim. Success depends on the facts of each case, applicable policy terms, and regulatory processes outside our control.

You must provide accurate and complete information when submitting a claim or registering on the platform. Providing false information may result in suspension of your case and termination of your access.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your account.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

Uploaded documents must be genuine and relate to the claim being submitted. Uploading fraudulent documents is a criminal offence under Indian law.

All content on this platform, including text, design, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Samadhan Claim Solutions and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Samadhan offers an initial consultation at no charge. Consultancy fees for ongoing case management are discussed and agreed upon before work commences, on a case-by-case basis.

No fees are charged on a contingency ("no win, no fee") basis unless specifically agreed in writing for a particular engagement.

All fees are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

Samadhan Claim Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any claim outcome.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Samadhan in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We do not accept liability for the actions or decisions of insurance companies, the Insurance Ombudsman, IRDAI, or any court or tribunal.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we determine that continued service is not in the interests of either party.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. We will retain your case data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
